- digital content delivered electronically if delivery has begun with your consent and you have acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost,
- services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent.
Where a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, we aim to indicate this on the product page or at the time of purchase.
12. Extended return period
We do not offer any extended return period beyond the statutory right of withdrawal for private consumers.

If you discover transport damage after opening the parcel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage, packaging and product.
15. Product information and use
We always aim to provide accurate product information, images and specifications. Minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging or specification may occur.

16. Limitation of liability for business customers
For business customers, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, loss of profit, data loss or other consequential damages, unless required by mandatory law.
